Offline Payment Processing

Some customers prefer to pay for packages offline. We have made it simple. Just click on the forms below and print them from your computer. Note: Weddings have two forms. All others only need to respond via e-mail by clicking Offline Order Package Request link. Indicate in your e-mail to us of the Offline Payment Processing method. (For Weddings-Complete the two forms.)

All others will be sent a link to a specific agreement via a personal response e-mail which will provide detailed mailing instructions. Follow the instructions and submit the completed forms and enclose your deposit payment. We accept checks, money orders, and cashieers checks via mail. That is all there is to it!

Please note that payments made by personal check will only temporarily reserve the booking date for 7-10 days. Checks must clear within specified time frame. Payments returned as account closed, payment stopped, or NSF will incur an Check Handeling Fee of $30.00, loss of 1/2 of the initial deposit, a refund of the other 1/2 of the deposit, and immediate cancelation of our services. We understand that mistakes can and do occur. However, we endeavor to keep our pricing affordable by eliminating collection problems from the onset. In this way, we can focus our efforts on providing quality affordable excellence in photography to our customers.
